Q1: What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car in Bangladesh, you need a valid National ID (NID) or Passport and a valid Driving License (if you are opt-ing for self-drive). For corporate bookings, official trade licenses or employee IDs may be required.

Yes, we specialize in “with-driver” services for both short-term and long-term rentals. Our drivers are professionally trained, verified, and well-acquainted with routes across Bangladesh.

Typically, the rental price covers the vehicle and the driver’s service. Fuel costs are borne by the client based on actual consumption, unless you choose a “body-rate + fuel” package.

We accept payments via Cash, Bank Transfer, and popular mobile financial services like bKash and Nagad. Corporate clients can also pay via Cheque.

Our booking service is available 24/7. We provide car rentals across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. However, additional “night-stay” allowances for drivers apply if the trip is outside Dhaka.

In the rare event of a mechanical failure, we provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible to ensure your journey is not interrupted.

Standard rentals usually have a daily limit (e.g., 80km or 10 hours). Extra mileage and overtime will be charged at a pre-agreed rate.

Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, if cancelled within 24 hours of the trip time, a small cancellation fee may apply.

Yes, all our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance and valid legal documents (Tax Token, Fitness, Route Permit) as per Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) regulations.

Bridge tolls (e.g., Padma Bridge, Jamuna Bridge), ferry charges, and parking fees are to be paid by the customer during the trip.
